Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Double Bond Health, Inc. ("Bond Health", "we", "us") collects through doublebond.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers this website only. When our product launches, it will come with its own privacy policy.

1. Information you give us

You can give us information through three forms on this site.

• Waitlist form: your name, your email address, whether you are joining for yourself or for an organization, and anything you write in the optional "tell us why you are interested" field.
• Waitlist signup in the page header: your email address.
• "Follow for updates" signup: your email address.

You do not have to give us any of this to read the site.

2. Please do not send us health details

The optional question on the waitlist form is there so we can understand why people are interested. Please do not include diagnoses, medications, medical records or other details about anyone's health. A general answer, such as "my own care" or "a parent I look after", is all we need.

If you include health details anyway, we use them only to understand your interest. We do not share them with anyone outside the service providers in section 3, and we delete them when you ask.

3. Information collected automatically

This site does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any other tracking technology.

Like any website, our hosting provider receives technical information when your browser requests a page: your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. The provider uses it to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use it to identify you or to build a profile of you.

We use these service providers to run the site:

Each provider processes information on our behalf and under its own security and privacy terms. They may store it in the United States.

4. How we use your information

We use the information you give us to:

• contact you about early access to Bond Health;
• send the updates you signed up for;
• understand who is interested and why;
• answer you when you write to us.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to target ads to you anywhere. We disclose it only to the service providers in section 3, when the law requires it, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the company. In a merger or sale, this policy would continue to apply to it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and update signups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or for [retention period] after our launch, whichever comes first. We may keep a record of an unsubscribe request so we do not contact you again.

6. Your choices and rights

• Unsubscribe: reply to any email from us with "unsubscribe", or write to daphne@doublebond.ai, and we will stop sending you updates.
• Access, correction and deletion: write to daphne@doublebond.ai and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We may need to confirm the request came from you.
• State privacy rights: depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as those of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia or Washington. These can include the right to know, to delete, to correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We will honor them for anyone who asks, wherever they live, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

7. Security

We use established service providers and limit who on our team can see submissions. No method of storing or sending information online is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

8. Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a minor has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will email you before it takes effect.
