Where we come from
A quarter century of concierge medicine, carried forward.
In 2002, I started Private Medical and gave what we were doing a name: concierge medicine. For over twenty years, our members have had a doctor in the family. I knew their histories and their lives. I could usually see what was coming, and when a referral stalled or an insurer said no, I was the one who carried it across the finish line.
Educating, advocating, navigating and orchestrating - this was the non-medical, behind-the-scenes work that was harder than the medicine itself. I am building Bond Health to teach this tradecraft to Daphne.
Daphne is the world’s first personal health agent who ‘gets you’, has your ‘back’ and will meet you where you are. She will work tirelessly to simplify the healthcare system into an elegant and convenient experience.
She listens, organizes, provides insights and inspires health.
